Change PR is a regional independent communication consultancy. The company was founded in 2018 in Kazakhstan in Almaty city of Almaty and provides a full range of PR, Digital, Event and marketing communications services with in-depth knowledge of the specifics of the local market. The agency has representatives and partners in such countries as Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

Tariyel Jalalli

Company Director

Tariyel Jalalli holds a master's degree in Political Science, PR, and Communication Sciences. In 2003, he graduated with a master's degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2009, he earned a master's degree in PR and Communication Sciences from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the United States. He is an alumnus of the U.S. Department of State's E. Muskie Fellowship Program.

He began his career in PR as a journalist and political observer in Azerbaijan, worked in such news media "Europe," "Express," and "Internews Azerbaijan," was involved in provided political consultancy from 1999 to the mid-2000s. Transitioning from journalism and political consulting to the realm of business PR, he furthered his education in the field. He served as a PR Manager at such companies as PRP Group, an affiliate of Weber Shandwick, and the Asian Development Bank, etc.

Since 2012, he has been working in PR industry of Kazakhstan. From 2012 to 2018, he had been a head pf the branch office of Action Global Communications in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2018, he established his own PR company, Change PR Kazakhstan. At present, he oversees the company's operations, coordinates PR projects, and provides consultancy services to clients on PR activities and integrated communications. Tariyel's portfolio boasts a diverse range of clients, both international and local, including UNICEF Kazakhstan, UNDP Kazakhstan, Etihad Airways, British Airways, Intel, Coca-Cola, Carlsberg Kazakhstan, LEGO Education, Xerox Central Asia, Mothercare Kazakhstan, Sabre Central Asia, Boehringer Ingelheim, and numerous others.

Botagoz Seydakhmetova

PR Manager

Botagoz has been a valued member of the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2022.

Her academic background includes a degree in Printing and Publishing from Moscow State University of Printing Arts. She pursued further studies in the field of International Journalism at the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP). Her professional journey commenced as a political observer at the republican newspaper "Novoe Pokolenie" (New Generation). Botagoz also honed her skills through a U.S. Department of State internship program focused on "Terrorism and the Consequences of the September 11, 2001 Attacks." She participated in a program sponsored by the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aimed at foreign journalists covering the aftermath of the 2004 tsunami. Botagoz has observed and reported on parliamentary and presidential elections in the United States, the United Kingdom, Romania, Poland, and various other countries. She completed journalism internships under the auspices of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Germany, Poland, Israel, Pakistan, Spain, Belgium, and Egypt. In addition to her international experiences, she has participated in significant international meetings alongside the Foreign Ministers of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, China, France, Switzerland, and Belgium.

Botagoz also hosted her own radio program and contributed articles to various publications on topics related to politics and economics.

Yelena Bagmanova

Director of Corporate Social Practice

Yelena is a graduate of the Journalism Faculty at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, with a specialization in Publishing. She boasts over five years of diverse experience in various Kazakhstani publications, ranging from journalist roles to ultimately serving as Editor-in-Chief. A significant portion of her career, spanning more than five years, has been dedicated to glossy journalism. Her portfolio includes an extensive body of work, encompassing publications in a wide array of domains, including economics, public administration, fashion, beauty industry, architecture, tourism, cinema, literature, music, and interviews with media personalities and experts. Yelena has ventured into the realm of production, overseeing projects from high-end fashion shoots to concerts featuring international performers, and contributing to the creation of TV show scripts.

Yelena has been an integral part of the Change PR team since its inception. She has provided a comprehensive spectrum of PR services to clients such as LEGO Education, UNICEF Kazakhstan, Neoline Central Asia, Carlsberg Kazakhstan, IVI Online Cinema, Winrock International, Chevron, Nestle, Yandex Maps, and many others.

Alena Laukhina

PR Specialist

Alena has been working in the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2024.

She graduated from the University of International Business with a degree in Restaurant and Hospitality Business (Event Management).

She worked in an advertising agency as a coordinator and manager in the Adverso group company, a project organizer, a team leader in event agency Event media, as an animator in the holiday organization company Akulenok, and a leisure manager at the Rixos Almaty hotel. As part of Change PR Kazakhstan, Alena provides PR services to such clients as TikTok, Ozon, Carlsberg, Coca-Cola

Yelena Gabrus

Administrative Manager

Yelena has been a valuable member of the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2023.

She brings with her extensive experience as an administrative manager in various companies. With over 30 years of dedication to administrative and document management roles, Yelena has made her mark in the entertainment and event industry in Almaty.

Within the Change PR Kazakhstan team, Yelena takes charge of document management, liaises with suppliers, and provides valuable assistance in event organization. Her wealth of experience and expertise in these areas makes her a crucial asset to the team's administrative operations.

Laura Baryssova

PR Manager

Organizer of the International Competition of Student PR Projects “Lilac PR Break”, as well as the International Student PR Conference created by the PR Club

Education: TV journalist and master's degree in sociology.

From 2013-2018 worked as a senior lecturer in PR disciplines, journalism and sociology at UIB University. Has experience working in television.

She was the leader of student PR projects (Lilac Breakthrough, Almaty City of Students, PR and advertising in Almaty, etc.).

She published 2 electronic textbooks on the disciplines: “Television Journalism” and “Modern Press Service”, as well as a textbook “Modern Press Service” for students of Journalism and PR. She co-authored a textbook in the collection: PR and mass media in business, section “Modern press service in non-profit organizations.” She has published more than 30 scientific articles. Every year he participates in various regional, republican, international and other scientific conferences, seminars and trainings in the field of education, journalism, sociology and PR.

Received the titles: “Best Curator of 2008” and “Best Curator of 2009”, “Best Young Scientist of 2010”, “Best Teacher of 2010”, “Best Scientific Director of Student PR Projects”, has a letter of gratitude and a certificate of honor from the Minister MONRK Sagadieva E.K. and other.

As part of the Change PR Kazakhstan company, Laura provides PR services to such clients as TikTok, Ozon.

Natalya Laukhina

Executive Director

Natalya has been an integral part of the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2021.

She is a graduate of the Journalism Faculty at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Natalya has an extensive and diverse background in the field of media and public relations. She previously held the position of Managing Editor for magazines "Lisa" and "Dobrye Sovety," where she wrote articles on various topics, conducted interviews with media personalities, and crafted advertising materials for leading brands in the fields of cosmetology, food industry, fashion, and technology. She also hosted her own radio program and worked in news programs on STV and NTK television channels. Natalya has been a prominent figure in the PR industry in Kazakhstan since 2003, accumulating significant expertise in providing PR services to companies from various sectors. For over a year, Natalya served as the Marketing and PR Manager at Satbayev University, one of Kazakhstan's leading universities.

Throughout her career, Natalya has developed and executed PR/marketing and communication plans, designed PR campaigns, organized press conferences, CSR projects, and various promotional events for clients such as LG Electronics Kazakhstan, SANTO, "Asyl Miras," "Gedeon Richter," "Kazakh Mortgage Company," and Burger King, among others.

She has also provided PR services to companies like Burger King, AVON, Zhilstroysberbank, MARWIN, Freedom Finance, Anadolu, Coca-Cola Kazakhstan, and more. Natalya is fluent in both Russian and English, enhancing her ability to navigate cross-cultural communication and international PR endeavors.

Svetlana Abdrakhmanova

PR Manager

Svetlana has been a vital member of the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2018.

She brings with her a wealth of experience in the field of public relations, with a career spanning back to 1999. She holds a degree from the Technical University in Kazan. Svetlana embarked on her PR journey as the Head of the Action Global Communications office in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Over the years, she has spearheaded numerous major communication campaigns, including the official launch of British Airways in Kazakhstan, the introduction of Etihad Airways to the Kazakhstani market, and the celebration of the issuance of the one millionth Visa card in Kazakhstan. Her extensive professional background encompasses media relations, corporate communications, event management, marketing communications, and more.

Svetlana's portfolio of PR services includes working with esteemed companies such as British Airways, Etihad Airways, Visa International, OMV (Austrian oil and gas company), Boehringer Ingelheim (pharmaceutical company), UNDP Kazakhstan, Carlsberg Kazakhstan, Technodom, the "Aman-Saulyk" NGO, the National Association "Densaulyk," and many others.

Daniyar Yenikeev

PR Manager

Daniyar has been an essential member of the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2023.

He holds a master's degree in Media Management from the Central Asian University and a master's degree from the University of Glasgow in the field of media management as well. With over 15 years of experience, Daniyar has worked as a journalist for prominent Kazakhstani publications, including Informburo, Nur.kz, and others. During his journalistic career, he prepared news reports, authored articles, conducted interviews, and delved into investigative journalism across a wide range of topics such as culture, urbanism, economics, and more. In the realm of PR, he has contributed to the press office of the Wrestling Federation of Kazakhstan and Petrocouncil.

Daniyar also has a strong background in managing social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram, overseeing content management for various pages.

His expertise includes targeting and managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram pages.
As a part of the Change PR Kazakhstan team, Daniyar has provided PR services to clients such as Kaspersky Lab, Pefluence, and RuStore.

Daniyar is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English, which enables him to effectively engage in communication and PR activities across diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.

Daria Solodovnikova

PR Manager

Daria has been an integral part of the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2023.

She is a graduate of the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages, specializing in International Journalism. Her career journey has seen her work as a journalist for news programs on Kazakhstani television channels such as Kazakhstan and NTK. She has also held positions as Chief Editor at the entertainment channel MuzZone and as Editor-in-Chief at Cosmopolitan Kazakhstan magazine. As a member of the Change PR Kazakhstan team, Daria provides PR services to clients such as the online cinema platform Ivi, Chevron, Nestle, VK Cloud, RuStore, and Yandex Maps, showcasing her versatility and expertise in the field of public relations.

Ksenia Bondal

PR Manager

Ksenia has been a valued member of the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2023.

She holds a degree in journalism and has a strong background in the field. Throughout her career, Ksenia worked as a journalist and correspondent for leading business and news websites in Kazakhstan, including Kapital, Zakon, Kaztag, Radiotochka, Asia News, and more. Her journalism experience equipped her with a solid foundation in communication and storytelling. In the realm of PR, Ksenia spent over 3 years working as a PR Manager at Relog, gaining valuable insights and skills in public relations.

As part of the Change PR Kazakhstan team, Ksenia has provided PR services to clients such as Coca-Cola Kazakhstan and UNICEF Kazakhstan, demonstrating her ability to handle high-profile clients and complex PR initiatives.

Karina Kononenko

Event and Digital Director

Karina has been working with Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2020. She is a graduate of Almaty State Business College with a specialization in Management. With over 10 years of experience, Karina began her career as a photographer and SMM (Social Media Marketing) manager. Karina has more than 7 years of experience in PR and SMM. Her journey in the field of PR started in 2016 when she joined a PR agency, where she provided SMM services to clients from various industries.

Within the Change PR Kazakhstan team, Karina is responsible for organization of events for clients such as Coca-Cola Kazakhstan, CCI Kazakhstan, Carlsberg Kazakhstan, and others.

Throughout her career, Karina has provided communication services to companies including Otbasy Bank, Yandex, SANTO, Kcell, Coca-Cola Kazakhstan, Carlsberg Kazakhstan, Chevron, UNDP, and more. Her extensive experience in both PR and SMM, coupled with her event organization skills, make her a valuable asset to the team and clients alike.

Alevtina Zakharkiva

Event Specialist

Alevtina has been working in the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2023. She graduated from the St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions with a degree of manager of social and cultural activities. Alevtina has more than 5 years of experience in event organization. She began working in the event industry in 2019 at an event agency, providing services to clients from various fields.

Being a part of the Change PR Kazakhstan team Alevtina helps in organizing events for such companies as Coca-Cola Kazakhstan, CCI Kazakhstan, TikTok, Carlsberg Kazakhstan, etc.

Talgat Aitzhanov

Graphic Designer

Talgat has been working in the Change PR Kazakhstan team since 2024.

He graduated from the T. Zhurgenev Academy of Arts with a degree in graphic design.

He worked on the creation of animated series in various companies, was engaged in post-production, broadcast design, released a series of books for children “ALEM KIDS”, worked on the creation of applications with AR, VR technology, and in recent years has been actively involved in the socla media design.
